Delivery
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery via Australia Post. Cedar Party Minerials reserves the right to give mailing details and telephone numbers to freight and courier companies for the sole purposes of freight tracking and delivery. Postage and freight charges are not included in the displayed price of an item and are shown separately.

Returns
We guarantee to replace any damaged product if the original is returned to us within one month of purchase. Where goods are faulty or the incorrect product has been delivered, we will either fully refund or replace the product at the customer's discretion.

Order Cancellations
If any order is cancelled before the print order is placed no costs will be charged. If the order is cancelled after the print order is placed the customer will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
